- Where can I park?
Free parking is available at Albion Street and Ackroyd Street car parks with no time limit. Morrisons also offers up to 3 hours of free parking—please check their signage for details. - Can I bring my own cake?
Yes! For private events, you’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake, candles, and napkins if you’d like to serve the cake. We can provide a knife and a lighter if needed. - Do you serve drinks?
Yes, we have a cosy on-site coffee shop offering a selection of hot and cold drinks. - How long does my event or workshop last?
Our events and workshops typically last 2 hours, unless otherwise stated. - Can I arrive early?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time. - How do I use my voucher or gift card?
To use your gift card online, simply pay in full and enter your gift card code at checkout. - Do you cater for allergies or dietary restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate allergies, but due to the nature of our kitchen and limited space, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. We also cater to preferences such as vegan and halal—just get in touch at info@wizooo.com to discuss your needs. - Do I stay with my child during the session?
Yes, a parent or guardian must stay with their child throughout the session. - Can adults join in?
Absolutely! Adults are welcome to join as long as they have booked a place on the workshop. - Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available on-site. - I had a booking with Junior Kitchen. Do I need to do anything?
Nope—you’re all set. All existing Junior Kitchen bookings have been transferred to our system and will go ahead as scheduled. - Is my Junior Kitchen gift card still valid?
Yes! Please email us at info@wizooo.com and we’ll take care of it for you. - When can I collect my “Click & Collect” order?
Collections are available Friday to Sunday between 10am and 3pm.
